Treatment process
1. Consultation - Dr Home will assess your skin and design a personalised plan.
2. Preparation - The skin is thoroughly cleansed and numbed for comfort.
3. Microneedling treatment - Using a Dermalogica pro pen microneedling device to delivers controlled micro-injuries to stimulate renewal.
4. Aftercare - Redness or sensitivity may last 24–72 hours. You will be given specific aftercare advice and products to use for the following week.

How many sessions do I need?
A course of 3–6 sessions, spaced about 4–6 weeks apart, provides the best results, with maintenance every few months if desired.
Is microneedling painful?
With topical anaesthetic (numbing cream), most clients find it very tolerable - often described as a light prickling sensation.
Is there downtime?
Mild redness and warmth similar to a light sunburn, settling within a day or two. You can usually return to normal activities the next day, but avoiding all heat sources (eg. saunas, steam, sweaty exercise) and ensuring adequate sun protection.
