LED light therapy

At Dr Home Aesthetics, we believe in treatments that restore skin health naturally and gently.

LED Light Therapy is a powerful, non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate skin cells, calm inflammation, and accelerate repair.
It’s the ideal complement to regenerative treatments such as polynucleotides, microneedling, or chemical peels, enhancing healing and helping you achieve a brighter, healthier complexion.

At Dr Home Aesthetics, we use Celluma LED, a medical-grade device backed by clinical research. Each session feels soothing and relaxing, with no heat or discomfort.

How LED light therapy works

LED (Light-emitting-Diode) therapy is a non-thermal, non-invasive stimulation of skin cells using specific wavelengths of light. This process is known as photobiomodulation - a light-triggered biochemical reaction within the cells. This activates cellular metabolism, which can increase collagen, blood flow, and energises cells to heal quicker and perform better.
As a result, skin becomes clearer, calmer, and more radiant - naturally.

A thorough cleanse is performed first.
You’ll relax under the Celluma LED panel for around 30 minutes.
Most clients describe it as a gentle, warming light - often called “a nap for your skin.”
No downtime; you can return to normal activities immediately.

LED therapy enhances the results of many other aesthetic treatments:

How many sessions will I need?
